Instructions for use:

1) Place the boiling test chamber horizontally and place the sample holder in the box;

2) Filling the tank with water, control the water level from the top of the box about 50mm-80mm, cover the lid;

3) Turn on the power and heat it;

4) After the water boils, put the sample into the sample holder in the box (to prevent contact between the samples, only one sample per gap), and test;

5) Disconnect the power after the test is completed, and drain the water after the water is cooled.

Precautions:

1) Check the Safety Glass Boil Test Box for deformation and damage before each use;

2) Check the water volume in the box before turning on the power, and the box is strictly prohibited from burning.

3) Be sure to keep the box dry and use it for regular maintenance when it is not used for a long time;

4) It is normal for the heating device to have a little scale after long-term use. Please clean it in time to avoid affecting the heating effect.
