Standard parts and components refer to the commonly used parts (parts) such as screws, keys, pins, rolling bearings, etc. that have been completely standardized in all aspects such as structure, dimensions, drawing, marking, and so on. Generalized include standardized fasteners, fasteners, transmissions, seals, hydraulic components, pneumatic components, bearings, springs and other mechanical parts. The narrow sense only includes standardized fasteners.
Nonstandard parts are mainly the other parts that are not controlled by the company but have no strict standard specifications and no related parameters. Such as: Cable Embedded Parts for Construction, Valve Seal Gasket Carbon Steel Ring, non-standard parts have many varieties, there is no very standardized classification.
Nonstandard Metal Processing: The drawings are provided by the customers. The manufacturers use the equipment to make the corresponding products according to the drawings. Usually the molds are mostly used, the tolerances are required, and the finish is specified by the customer. There is no certain paradigm. From casting to finishing, the product completely requires corresponding quality control, the process is complex and the variability is large, and the general cost is higher than the standard part.
